WPM Lawyers Tax Consultants was founded by the partners Ralph G. Werner, Peter Paulsmeier as well as Petra Meißner and Axel Meißner.

After cooperating periodically over many years, the tax consulting firms Scantax GmbH and psmOffice Steuerberatungs GmbH as well as the attorneys of Ralph G. Werner and Peter Paulsmeier with their team were newly founded in 2008 under the trading name WPM Lawyers Tax Consultants. In this context, we moved into our new common office directly on the English Gardens in Munich.
